Tooling and Repeatability

Tooling keeps brazed joints consistent

Brazed assemblies depend on components staying where they belong while heat is applied. Dedicated fixtures hold each component in position, keep joint clearance consistent from part to part, and make the process repeatable across a production run.

Fixtures are designed around the assembly, the joints being brazed and how the parts are loaded and unloaded — and they are built in-house alongside the rest of the job.

Yes. Brazing is performed in-house at our Burlington, Ontario facility for suitable components and assemblies.

Can RWS build brazing fixtures?
