Information and drawings sent to us by email are used to evaluate and respond to quote requests, prepare pricing and proposed manufacturing routes, communicate with you about your project, and manage potential or active manufacturing projects. We do not sell customer information, and we do not use your information or drawings for marketing without your permission.
Your drawings and files
Drawings and files you email to RWS are handled only as needed to evaluate and fulfil your request. Relevant files may be shared with selected manufacturing partners when required for quoting or production. Customer projects, drawings, and part details are treated as confidential and are never published without permission.

This website is hosted on Lovable. Email sent to RWS is delivered through our email service provider. These providers process information only as needed to operate their services.
Retention & your choices
We retain quote request and project correspondence as needed to operate our business and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
