Where a component suits robotic welding, it is routed to the robotic cell instead — including repeat aluminum frames and tubular assemblies.

- What fabrication work does RWS perform in-house?
- Welding, brazing, fabrication, tooling, assembly and manual finishing are all performed in-house at our Burlington facility.
- Does RWS work with steel, stainless steel and aluminum?
- Yes. Every project is reviewed for material, thickness, joint design, tolerances, finish and production requirements before it is quoted.
- Can RWS manage laser cutting and forming?
- Yes. CNC machining, laser cutting, forming, tube bending, powder coating and additional finishing are supplied through established partners and managed by RWS. They are not performed in our facility.
- Can RWS produce completed assemblies?
- Yes. RWS can plan the manufacturing route, coordinate partner processes, weld and assemble the components, and arrange finishing so parts arrive at the agreed completion stage.
