RWS can review the complete drawing package, plan the manufacturing sequence and coordinate the partner processes your component needs, then build the tooling, weld and assemble the parts in-house.
Inspection is carried out against the drawing requirements, and finishing is arranged so the components arrive at the completion stage agreed for the project.

- Yes. Projects can start with a prototype or first article and move into recurring production once the part is reviewed and approved.
- Can RWS coordinate machined or formed parts?
- Yes. CNC machining, laser cutting, forming, tube bending and coating are supplied through established partners and managed by RWS as part of the manufacturing route.
- Does RWS build the required tooling?
- Yes. Weld fixtures and production tooling are designed and built in-house as part of the project where the component requires them.
